Most Frequently Asked Questions: Bedrooms
1. We want to use every inch of space. Do your wardrobes go up to the ceiling?
Yes. Our robes will go up to the ceiling in most houses. Where there is a small gap we usually infill this with matching material.
With very high ceilings we can either supply extra tall robes or top boxes if you want to fill all the way with storage. Your Designer will advise you accordingly.
If you have very low ceilings, for example in an old cottage, we can provide custom made lower height robes.
2. Do your wardrobes have backs?
Yes. All of our robes and other units have solid matching backs.
3. Are your units flat packed?
Yes and no. Robes are supplied flat packed and are assembled on site by our installers. This is because the units are too large to fit through doorways and carry upstairs when fully assembled. All low level units (dressing table drawersets etc) and top box units are supplied rigid. Their construction is the same as our kitchen units.
4. As well as fitting the bedroom can you do other work, like lighting, decorating etc?
Yes. We can do various building work, electrics and decorating if required.
5. Can you do non-standard sizes?
Yes. As with our kitchens non standard sizes are not a problem. For example low ceilings and sloping ceilings can be readily accommodated.
If you have other design problems eg. concealing a chimney breast, discuss them with your Designer and he will outline the various options available to you.
