If you would like one of our designers to
prepare plans and a quotation for you, we
suggest you make an appointment whilst you
are at the showroom. Or you can telephone
later.
Usually a designer will be able to visit
you within a week or so. He will take a
brief from you and take away the details
to work on.

Re -visit (s) |
When the designer has prepared a suggested
layout(s) and done some costings you will
be invited to return to the showroom to
go through his proposals in detail.
With a large installation several meetings
are often necessary.

| Placing
an Order |
When you decide to go ahead you will be
asked to do the following:
• Pay a deposit. This can be done
by cheque or credit card.
• Finalise your selections so that
order processing can proceed.
• Arrange a mutually convenient date
for the installation.

Survey |
Well before the installation you will be visited
by our Pre-installation manager who will double
check the specification on site to ensure
that everything will work.
If you wish to make any modifications to the
scheme you can discuss these with him.

| Installation |
The week before the work is due to commence
we will telephone you to confirm the exact
start date.
During the installation itself you are likely
to receive several visits by one of our
Installation supervisors with whom you can
discuss any queries you have.
You will be invoiced for the interim payment
at the start of the installation.

| Completion |
You will only be invoiced for your final
payment when the work had been entirely
completed to your satisfaction.
