The Information We Collect About You
Personal data includes any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. In order to fulfil our contract with you, we shall collect from you, then securely store and use the following types of information about you :

- Financial Details. We do not store personal bank details but do retain debit and credit card payment slips, which are stored securely.

- The paper files are retained for 10 years and then securely destroyed
- Electronic details are held on computers which are password protected. There is no time limit on the retention of these details so that they can be referred to if, for instance, you have a query in the future on the date the contracted work was carried out
